Over the past two years Christina has been co-curating The Nourishment Lab, which is a mobile cooking school that is offered at various festivals and events all over the world. At the Lab, chefs, nutritionists, foodies, and artisans come together and offer a series of cooking classes, workshops, and demos on a variety of topics. These classes are meant to tantalize your palate and awaken the knowledge of healing foods from within. The mission is to learn how to be nourished throughout the event/festival and to plant seeds of intention to fuel your body in your days to come.

Christina is very passionate about teaching and welcomes opportunities to share with permaculture courses, school groups, seminars, private consultations, or other educational opportunities where this knowledge is welcomed. Please contact me.

Below is a basic list of classes that Christina has offered:

“The Basics of Fermentation” What is it?, History, Benefits, and Basics of How to Start doing it @ home.  Easy Recipes, techniques, and  lots of samples.

“Simple Pleasures” Learn some easy, simple, and basic recipes to help incorporate more live/raw, cultured, and fermented foods into your lifestyle.

“Creative Cultures”– Learn all about how to use cultures & starters to create activated delights…which are great for digestion, but also taste incredible.  Lots of samples, and cultures to take home included.

“The Gift of Activation” In this class we will prepare some very special treats, infused with love, ready in time for you to give as gifts during the holiday season.

“The Art of Fermentation” in this non-beginner class, we will go beyond the basics.  Dive deeper into the ancient art form of Fermentation, in this class we will look deeper at the rich history of fermentation.  We will sample and create unique foods and drinks from around the world and the Pacific NW.

“Guilt-Free Indulgence: Raw Activated Desserts!!!” In this class you can learn how to beat over-indulgent food hangovers, by learning how to create healthy, raw, rich, and delicious treats that satisfy and make you feel radiant.
